White wine

Le Blanc de la Senche, AOP Minervois

The wine is made mainly from Grenache blanc and Vermentino grapes grown on the hillside in Borie de Moligne. The limestone soil, together with cold winds from the Black Mountains, give a nice freshness to the wine, with floral tones and hints of citrus. To be enjoyed as an apéritif or with seafood dishes.

Rosé Wine

Midi, AOP Minervois

The rosé is a blend of Syrah and Cinsault, giving a lovely, perfumed aroma and notes of citrus fruit and peach, with a hint of spice. A perfect summer wine to be enjoyed as an apéritif as well as an accompaniment to a light meal. The MIDI has been awarded the «coup de coeur » at the Maison des vin de Minervois tasting.

Red Wine

Hibou, AOP Minervois

This wine is made of a blend of Grenache and Syrah grapes. The wine has its name from a pair of owls that frequent the pine trees around the Syrah parcel in our garden. The wine was chosen and recommended by La Revue du Vin de France 2020. Hibou 2020 won the Gold Medal at the prestigious “Le Concours Général Agricole” in Paris in 2022, as well as a Gold Medal in the Vignerons Independants competiton in 2022. Hibou 2021  was awarded  a Silver medal at the Concours General Agricole in 2023.

red wine

Vieilles Vignes, AOP Minervois

This wine is made from Carignan vines that are more than 55 years old, supplemented by Syrah and Grenache. The old Carignan vines give a low yield of concentrated grapes, which combined with Syrah and Grenache gives an elegant wine, with full body and complex flavors of dark berries. The wine has been chosen and recommended by La Revue du Vin de France describing it as an elegant wine with notes of smooth spice and pulpy, soft fruit.

Red Wine

Cuvée Somi, Premier Cru La Liviniere

Somi means dream in Occitan and this wine is a blend of Syrah, Carignan and Grenache. The wine has been fermented in 400 L French oak barrels («Vinification Intégrale»). This assures that the aromatic potential from the grape is fully maintained and gives a complex wine with smooth, well integrated tannins. A full body wine with aromas of cherry, prune and spice with flavors of licorice and with a long, complex finish. After fermentation the wine spends another 12 months in the oak barrels before bottling. The Cuvée SOMI 2020 has won several awards:

* Gold Medal at the Councours Generale Agricole in 2023.

* Grand Gold at Frankfurt International Trophy the same year.

* Chosen as one of the top 100 UK wines form the South of France, 2024

* It was also recommended by La Revue du Vins de France in June 2023 and received a score of 91/100.

The Cuvée SOMI 2021:

* Gold Medal Le Concours Général Agricole 2024

* It was honoured with a coup de coeur by the Maison des vin de Minervois in 2023.
