We are a Norwegian family running Domaine de la Senche, a small boutique winery in the heart of the village La Livinière, in Languedoc, South of France. We make small quantities (some 11 000 bottles per year) of high-quality wine from our 4 hectares vineyards, as well as artisanal olive oil. We started converting to organic farming (BIO) in 2020 and after 3 years of conversion the property is now certified organic. We also focus on manual operations, and all harvesting is done by hand.
