ARTISAN TECHNIQUES PRODUCING THE FINEST OLIVE OIL
We have 400 olive trees some as old as 200 years producing both olive oil and Lucques eating olives. The area is known to have some of the best olive oil cooperatives in the world, we are fortunate to work with one of the regions boutique pressers, family run, Moulin la Restanque.
Our unique artisan Olive Oil and Olives come in three varieties normal, picholine (peppery) and occasionally we infuse the Oil with black truffle.
